3rd Annual Dragon Dash Mini Tri
We are excited to announce our 3rd Annual Dragon Dash Mini Tri!
When: Sat 6/21/2025 @ FGAC (same course as last year)
We had an amazing turnout last summer and we are looking forward to another GREAT event. Dragon Dash is a team sponsored community event. FGSC Coaches encourage ALLof our Dragon Swimmers to participate, it's a great way for our team to connect with our community!! If you are unsure what wave is best for you or your family feel free to contact your Coach. I will be reaching out to all for help, we will need volunteers to make this event a success!
Our focus is fun and participation over competition - we want to introduce our community members to how great the multisport life is. Join us for an exclusive pre-registered event for up to 150 participants. Families and friends are encouraged and welcome to attend. All participants will receive a finishers medal.
Registration Deadline: Thursday, June 19, 2025 @ 1PM
4 Event Waves & Times:
We are expanding this year to include an Adaptive Wave. For the safety of all participants, each wave is designed for ability level, potential skill sets, speed, and ultimately supports the volume of swimmers, bikers, and runners at a given time.
- Check in Time = 7:00AM
Race Times:
- Advanced @ 8:30AM
- Novice @ 8:45AM
- Family @ 9AM
- Adaptive @ 9:30AM
