- All Practices Cancelled Friday 7/4 -- Have a happy & safe 4th of July
- All Practices Cancelled Saturday 7/5 -- Have a great 4th of July Weekend
- Sr Elite & Gold -- We are going to cancel Open water swimming 7/7, 7/9 & 7/11 -- We will swim according to our regular practice schedule
- All Swim Team Members July 19th we are having an Hour-a-thon Team Fundraiser. This is a super simple fundraiser.

- High School Group is 6/30-8/15
- Practices are: Mon, Wed & Fri 4:00-5:30pm
- All 4th of July practices are cancelled
